Girmitiya Foundation accepts voluntary donations. Refunds are allowed only under specific conditions.

Donations Are Non-Refundable

All confirmed donations are final.

Refund Eligibility

Refund may be issued if:

• Payment was made by mistake

• Duplicate payment occurred

• Technical error occurred

• Incorrect amount was charged

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours.

• Donation Amount

• Transaction ID

• Date & Time

• Reason

Requests are reviewed within 7–10 working days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment source.

Non-Refund Cases

No refunds for intentional and successful donations.
